Vision

I established GIST in 2021 with the belief that organisations perform best when people are valued, supported and empowered.



My focus has been on helping organisations strengthen performance through values-led leadership, people-centred management and practical operational excellence.


I have a vision to promote a more ethical-driven approach to management; one that places people and their environment at the heart of decision making.  This includes cultural values and practices with environmental considerations.


I have supported organisations with a strong commitment to community development.  I am currently retraining into the Creative Sector and developing my business strategy on ethical business delivery.

Experience

I built my experience in Accounting and Finance within the Media and Private sectors then transitioned into Business Operations Management within the UK Charity and International Development sectors. 


I have worked with various organisations including Bvlgari, Plan UK, MEDAIR Switzerland, The Saïd Foundation, The Intensive Care Society, World Heart Beat Academy & CIC, Right to Play, Bridges Self Management CIC.



Since 2021, I have worked independently, supporting clients through change, development and growth.  I have also supported senior stakeholders and contributed to strategic planning across UK and international settings.
